Fred Kroon

Fred Kroon is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Parametrix since February 2015, Fred has previously held roles such as Project Manager at WHPacific Inc from September 2000 to February 2015 and Project Designer at WB Wells and Associates, Inc. from June 1994 to August 2000. Fred’s early experience includes serving as a Construction Surveyor in the United States Army from October 1983 to October 1986. Educational qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology, an Engineering CET from Portland Community College, and a High School Diploma from Jesuit High School.
