Howard Hillinger

Howard Hillinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and program management. Currently a Principal Consultant and Program Manager at Parametrix, Inc. since February 2004, Hillinger previously served as Vice President of Federal Services at URS Corporation from 1990 to 2003, and as Business Development Manager at Heery International from 1986 to 1990. Hillinger holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with additional studies in Engineering, both from the University of Washington, completing the latter in 1974 and the former in 1986.
