Jim Phillips is a seasoned roadway engineer with over 23 years of experience in civil engineering. Currently serving at Parametrix since June 2000, Jim has honed expertise in roadway design and construction. Prior to this role, Jim worked as an engineer at the Washington State Department of Transportation from January 1999 to June 2000. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland, where education was completed between 1993 and 1998.
