John Featherstone

John Featherstone, PE, is currently a Senior Consultant and the Seattle Surface Water Group Leader at Parametrix, having joined in 2025. With over 20 years of experience in surface water and wastewater engineering, John previously served as the Surface Water and Wastewater Systems Manager for the City of Shoreline from 2019 to 2025, where they oversaw various utility planning, engineering, and regulatory compliance functions. John's career began at Leidos, where they worked as a Civil Engineer from 2004 to 2014, and they hold multiple degrees from the University of Washington, including a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
