Joseph Foote, PE, PMP, is an experienced Principal Engineer and Group Manager currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Parametrix. From 2011 to 2024, Joseph held the position of Principal Engineer and Office/Group Manager at CONSOR Engineers, and prior to that, worked at Murraysmith and CH2M in similar roles. With extensive expertise in municipal water and wastewater engineering projects, Joseph has led multidisciplinary teams to develop effective infrastructure solutions, emphasizing collaborative efforts with public agencies.
