Kristen Leonard

Kristen Leonard is a mission-driven senior leader specializing in policy, strategy, and business operations. Currently a Principal Consultant at Parametrix, Kristen previously served as the Chief Public Affairs Officer for the Port of Portland, where they led government relations and community affairs. As Chief of Staff for Governor Kate Brown, they managed the operations of the Governor’s office and oversaw a diverse team. Kristen has also co-founded a consultancy focused on government relations and campaign compliance. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
