Mark Burrus has over two decades of experience in engineering, specializing in transportation and water resources. Beginning a career at Taylor Engineering, Inc. as a Water Resources Engineer, Mark transitioned to the Washington State Department of Transportation as a Transportation Engineer. Mark then advanced to a Senior Engineer role at Parametrix before serving as Transportation Program Director at Jacobs. After a tenure as Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager at Lochner, Mark returned to Parametrix as a Senior Consultant. Mark holds an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Spokane Falls Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University.
