Project Delivery Group Lead at Parametrix

Matt Kastberg began their work experience in 2000 as a Project Surveyor at Sitts & Hill Engineers, Inc. Matt worked in this role until 2003.

In 2003, Matt joined Parametrix as a Construction Manager. Matt was responsible for overseeing operational activities and effectiveness of the CM Group, including project delivery and systems development. Matt also provided leadership and support for career development and ensuring successful projects. Matt held this role until December 2016.

After their role as CM Group Lead, Matt took on the position of Regional Division Manager - Community Building at Parametrix in September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for program operations in regional offices.
