Michelle Reuss

Michelle Reuss is a leader in capital program strategy and delivery, offering a vision-driven approach to strategic planning and team leadership in the public sector. They previously held various roles at Sound Transit, including Chief of Staff for Design, Engineering and Construction Management and Deputy Executive Director for Business Services, where they managed operations and directed high-profile projects like the Lynnwood Link Extension. Currently, Michelle serves as a Senior Program Manager in Advisory Services at Parametrix while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
