Ryan Whipple

Ryan Whipple, P.E., T.E., is currently a Multi-modal Mobility Plangineer at Parametrix in San Diego, where they focus on mobility planning, traffic operations analyses, and multi-modal infrastructure design across California. Ryan’s previous roles include positions at WSP, KOA Corporation, the City of San Diego, and the City of Chula Vista, contributing to traffic engineering and urban mobility projects. They hold a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and have been recognized with the Young Professionals Award at the Rio+20 United Nations Conference for their innovative work on sustainable projects. Ryan is passionate about integrating interdisciplinary knowledge to enhance mobility solutions for various stakeholders.
