Sara MacConnell

Sara MacConnell has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing and Production Intern at WordTheatre and a Diner Worker/New Student Trainer at the University of Puget Sound. In 2017, Sara was a Social Media Coordinator at empathos co. Sara then became an Office Assistant/Peer Advisor for International Programs at the University of Puget Sound in 2017, where they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Tacoma Musical Playhouse. In 2018, Sara worked as a Communications Intern at Spaceworks Tacoma and as an Alumni Ambassador at The College of Global Studies at Arcadia University. In 2019, they served as an Office Assistant for the Gender Queer Studies and Bioethics Program at the University of Puget Sound before moving on to become a Marketing Assistant at Parametrix. Throughout their various roles, Sara gained experience in marketing, event planning, communication, graphic design, and customer service.

Sara MacConnell obtained their Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language & Culture and Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound. Sara attended this institution from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in a Fall Semester Abroad program at Kanda University of International Studies. During the summer of 2017, Sara also engaged in a study abroad program at the University of Stirling.
