Scott Williams is a seasoned archaeologist with extensive experience in cultural resource management and archaeology. Recent roles include serving as Cultural Resources Division Chief and Federal Preservation Officer for the Federal Railroad Administration and as Cultural Resources Program Manager for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Previous positions include Assistant State Archaeologist at the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation, Principal at Pacific Archaeological Research Consultants, Senior Archaeologist at AMEC, and Cultural and Biological Group Manager at Ogden Environmental and Energy Services. Scott holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Washington State University, earned from 1985 to 1989. Currently, Scott is a Senior Archaeologist at Parametrix, starting in May 2025.
