Shane Phelps is the Environmental Planning and Compliance Division Manager for Oregon and Idaho at Parametrix, where they have worked as a Senior Environmental Planner since 2008. Previously, they served as an Environmental Investigator for the State of Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and as a Natural Resource Specialist for the Broward County Environmental Protection Department and the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program. Shane holds a B.S. in Zoology from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Environmental Science from Portland State University.
