Tyler Smithson

Tyler Smithson is a seasoned Landscape Architect with extensive experience in project management, particularly in the design and implementation of high-end residential projects at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. since March 2021. Previous roles include Landscape Architect positions at Architectural Nexus and FFKR Architects, as well as Project Manager at Bockholt Inc. and Landscape Designer at Logan Simpson Design. Tyler has also contributed to urban planning and economic development efforts as an analyst at Envision Utah, and has interned in urban design with Salt Lake City Corporation. Educationally, Tyler holds dual Master's degrees in Landscape Architecture and Community Planning from Auburn University, where foundational work focused on green infrastructure and sustainability. Early experience includes environmental education with the Boy Scouts of America, emphasizing hands-on training and place-based learning.
