Zac Garrard

Zac Garrard is an Engineer II at Parametrix since July 2017, actively involved in the Oregon Community Building Group with a focus on urbanism principles, place making, walkable developments, and active transportation infrastructure. Previously, Zac served as an Engineering Traffic Operations Intern for the City of Spokane, contributing to pavement condition indexes and conducting various engineering analyses during the summers of 2015 and 2016. Zac's early work experience includes part-time positions as a baker at Great Harvest Bread Co. and head lifeguard at Owensboro Country Club. Educated with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University, Zac also holds a Commonwealth Diploma from Owensboro High School.
