We specialise in premium value-added frozen seafood, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free products for today's fast-paced food industry.

Our NPD team develop products using current food trends balanced with user needs, such as ease of back-of-house preparation and speed of service from freezer to table.

Each recipe is carefully crafted in our kitchens by our highly skilled, innovative and dedicated chefs who thrive on researching, creating, cooking, and tasting!

The company was founded by Ali Hannaford in 1988 and the Paramount brand has since built an enviable reputation. We are an independent family-owned business with a passion for making delicious food.
