David Roe

David Roe is an experienced executive in the payments and fintech sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Europe at Paramount Commerce since April 2016, while also holding positions such as Chief Product Officer and Non-Executive Director. David has been an advisor at NOTOLYTIX LTD since July 2017 and a Payments & Fintech Consultant for PAYD LIMITED since February 2016. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at Mazooma, Co-founder and Advisor at Cardlife, and Product Director at PayPoint plc. For over a decade, David held various senior roles at Skrill, where responsibilities included SVP Operations and Chief Product Officer. David holds a BA in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
