Yair Delayahu

Yair Delayahu is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience in residential and commercial design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Paramount Construction, Inc. since March 2019, Yair is responsible for scheduling, pricing, quantity takeoffs, utilities coordination, vendor solicitation, and site inspections. Yair is also a Partner at Delayahu - Parks Architects, which specializes in high-end homes and operates from Rockville, MD, and previously operated in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior experience includes tenure as Owner/Project Manager at Southern Star Real Estate Investments, where responsibilities included analyzing real estate investments, securing financing, and managing construction projects. Yair has also held architectural roles at various firms, engaging in the design and execution of multiple projects, including mixed-use developments and high-rise residential buildings. Yair Delayahu holds degrees in architecture from Cardiff University and the Neri Bloomfield School of Design.
