Claudia Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claudia started their career as a Management Trainee at Hyatt Regency Xian in 2006. Claudia then interned as an Income Audit at The Rocco Forte Collection in Frankfurt in 2008. Following this, they worked as a Cruise Director Staff at Celebrity Cruises for a few months in 2010. In the same year, they joined Legg Mason as an Administrative Assistant, later transitioning to the role of a Client Relationship Associate and eventually becoming a Client Relationship Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Paramount Group since 2017, initially as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO, and President, and currently as the Director of Office of the CEO.

Claudia Schultz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they earned between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management at Victoria University, which they attended in 2007 and 2008.
