David L.

David L. has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Paramount Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, David held similar positions at Oxford Properties Group and William Macklowe Company, contributing to property management operations from September 2018 to March 2021 and July 2016 to August 2018, respectively. David's career in property management began at Boston Properties as an Assistant Property Manager and Property Management Coordinator from July 2007 to July 2016, and also includes ownership of Hoboken Yoga from March 2007 to April 2019. Early experience at the William Morris Agency from 2000 to 2006 as an Assistant rounds out David’s professional background. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida from 1994 to 1998, following education at Palm Beach Lakes High School and Lawrence Middle and High School.
