Lori Finamore

Lori Finamore is a broadcast media professional with extensive experience in maintaining on-air integrity and training staff in the television industry. Currently serving as a Broadcast Media Encoder at Paramount Network since January 2023, Lori previously worked as a Broadcast Technician at HBO/Time Warner, ensuring the quality of broadcasts for HBO and Cinemax networks. Lori held several roles at MTV Networks/Viacom from 2003 to 2009, including Master Control Operator and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from maintaining multiple on-air networks to facilitating training for various technical staff. Lori also gained early experience as an Educational Television Intern at the University of Massachusetts, where skills in editing and camera operation were developed. Lori holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, completed in 2002.
