Phil Wills is a Bar Expert, hospitality visionary, and Co-Founder of The Spirits in Motion, a distinguished hospitality consultancy. With nearly three decades in the industry and over 20 years of expertise, they have enhanced venues and trained teams across the United States, notably through their role as a featured expert on the TV show Bar Rescue. Currently, Phil focuses on creating profitable beverage programs and immersive experiences while teaching at Western Kentucky University in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
