Jeff Dusterhoft

Jeff Dusterhoft is a seasoned Production Engineer with significant experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently working at Paramount Resources since September 2017, Jeff is a key member of the Karr Montney team. Prior to this role, Jeff spent six years at Trilogy Energy Corp., where responsibilities included reducing operating costs, optimizing production across various assets, and managing wellbore operations. Earlier experiences include positions at Spartan Controls as an Application Engineer and as a Summer Student with ARC Resources Ltd. and Pengrowth Corporation, where foundational skills in drilling, completions, and gas processing were developed. Jeff began the career journey with a summer engineering internship at Lafarge. A graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Petroleum Engineering, Jeff combines technical expertise with practical industry knowledge.
