Robert Riva

Robert Riva is an accomplished entrepreneur with significant experience in luxury yachting, venture capital, and finance. As the Founder and CEO of Paramount Yachts since February 2023 and Co-Founder and Chairman of Altima Caviar since July 2022, Riva demonstrates a strong leadership background. Previously, Riva served as Head of Sales and Operations for Sunreef Yachts in the US, Bahamas, and Caribbean from March 2023 to February 2025, and as US Director of Sales from August 2019 to March 2022, where Riva achieved over $100 million in sales within the first 18 months. Riva founded Jefferson Capital in 2017, focusing on revolutionary technologies and launching the successful Genesys Fund, which was acquired in 2023. Earlier career roles include Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and Business Development Associate at Black River Caviar. Riva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and completed executive education at The Wharton School, specializing in the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets.
