Alan Ho is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several organizations, including Paramount and ViacomCBS. Currently serving as Director of Identity, Messaging, and Collaboration at Paramount, Alan has held various positions focusing on IT enhancement, user experience, and project management, notably in systems implementation, cost analysis, and budget management. Prior to this, Alan contributed significantly as Technical Manager at ViacomCBS and as Senior Network Architect at the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation. With a background that includes hands-on experience in network administration and systems architecture, Alan has successfully overseen large-scale projects and collaborated with executives to implement innovative solutions. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and Southern New Hampshire University.
