Alice Kim

Alice Kim serves as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Paramount since January 2020, where operational leadership encompasses a global law department of approximately 900 members and includes oversight of budgets and outside counsel processes. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Viacom, where roles ranged from Senior Vice President of Knowledge Management to Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, focusing on deal-making and contract negotiation across multiple brands. Earlier, Alice was a Vice President at Axiom, contributing to the startup's establishment in alternative legal services. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School and a BA in English & American Literature from Harvard University.
