Alison Landrigan

Alison Landrigan is a Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner at Paramount, specializing in HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational design. With over a decade of experience at Paramount, they have supported a global client group of approximately 5,000 employees in Finance & Technology and previously led the Streaming business. Alison's career includes leadership roles at CBS Interactive and NBCUniversal, where they demonstrated expertise in transforming HR practices during significant business changes. They are currently pursuing an M.A. in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, having previously earned a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
