Alison Wauk

Alison Wauk is the SVP and Deputy General Counsel for Paramount Streaming, a position held since 2022. They previously served as SVP of Business and Legal Affairs for Paramount+ starting in 2021 and held various roles at CBS from 2006 to 2021, including VP and Assistant General Counsel and SVP, Chief Digital Counsel. Wauk began their legal career at Bingham McCutchen, where they worked from 1998 to 2006. They earned their law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and hold an AB from Princeton University.
