Allison Woods

Allison Woods is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the media and publishing industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount for Paramount + & Pluto TV since September 2015, Allison oversees HR support for approximately 2,100 clients. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources post-merger at CBS Interactive, and Director of Human Resources for CBS Sports Digital, where guidance was provided for a workforce exceeding 500 employees. Earlier career highlights include various HR positions at Penguin Random House and RCD of Burlington, along with administrative support at McSoley McCoy & Company. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, History, and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
