Amy Dow

Amy Dow serves as the Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Employment Law at Paramount since December 2019, leading the Employment Law, Employee Relations, and Benefits/Compensation Legal Functions following the merger of Viacom and CBS. Prior to this role, Amy held multiple senior positions at Viacom from July 2008 to December 2019, including Senior Vice President of Labor and Employment Law and Employment Counsel for MTV Networks. Earlier career experiences include partnership and associate roles at Kauff McClain & McGuire LLP and an associate position in Employment Law at Paul Hastings. Education credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona.
