Andrea Smith

Andrea Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software asset management and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Software Asset Management at Paramount since May 2021, Andrea previously held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from May 2000, including Manager of Procurement, Software Licensing & Compliance, where a team of eight Licensing Managers and Analysts was managed. Andrea also contributed as an IT Licensing Manager and IT Project Lead, overseeing global IT projects and managing software licensing and compliance for multiple vendors. In earlier roles, Andrea was the Principal Business Systems Analyst, leading efforts in defining business processes and system requirements for software asset management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, a Masters Certification in IT Project Management from George Washington University, and a Master Certification in IT Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
