Andrius Serva

Andrius Serva is a seasoned professional in the media industry, currently serving as the Director of Programming Youth, Global Feeds at Paramount, where they focus on content strategy for international MTV channels. Previously, Andrius held significant roles, including Distribution Manager/Executive Producer at StarWorks and Channel Director at MTV Networks Baltic, where they managed programming and production across multiple regions. Andrius also contributed to the launch of MTV channels in the Baltics and has extensive experience in producing key projects for major broadcasters. They earned a BSC in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
