Anjan Baxi

Anjan Baxi is an accomplished licensing professional with extensive experience in consumer products and marketing across prominent companies. Currently serving as Licensing Director for Consumer Products at Paramount since May 2023, Anjan oversees P&L responsibilities for a range of brands, including Nickelodeon's youthful and multi-generational IPs. Prior to this role, Anjan was Marketing & Licensing Director at XM Studios from June 2021 to April 2023, focusing on high-end art collectibles. Anjan also spent over 25 years at The Walt Disney Company, holding various key positions including Regional Director for Star Wars in South Asia and Country Director for Consumer Products in Singapore, where significant retail and licensing initiatives were successfully executed. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Manager at FCBUlka Advertising Agency. Anjan holds an MBA in Marketing from IMDR at Fergusson College, Pune, India.
