Aryn Emert

Aryn Emert is the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Paramount, overseeing various aspects of intellectual property law with a focus on strategic and business-oriented approaches. Aryn previously served as Assistant General Counsel at CBS Corporation, managing IP issues across numerous subsidiaries, and has extensive experience in trademark, copyright, and licensing matters. Aryn began their legal career as an attorney at Stephen M. Gaffigan, P.A., where they specialized in anti-counterfeiting and trademark law. Aryn holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
