Ashley Hope has extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent & Music International at Paramount since July 2015, following a role as Director in the same department. Prior to this, Ashley worked at ViacomCBS from June 2011 to July 2015 as Talent & Music Manager for MTV International, where responsibilities included developing partnerships with high-profile music talent and coordinating major international events. A tenure at Universal Music Group from September 2000 to February 2011 as International Promotions Manager involved directing global marketing strategies and publicity campaigns for key talent. Early career experience includes serving as a Press Officer at East West Records LLC, where national and regional press activity was managed for prominent music artists. Ashley holds a BA (Hons) in English and American Literature from The University of Manchester.
