Ben Andrews possesses extensive experience in design, having worked in various roles at esteemed companies. Beginning as a Product Designer at Promo International from October 2010 to October 2012, Ben then joined RDP Creative, where responsibilities evolved from Designer (October 2012 - May 2016) to Senior Designer (May 2016 - February 2020) and finally Design Manager (February 2020 - May 2021). Currently, Ben serves as the Hardlines & Toys Product Development Design Manager at Paramount since May 2021. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Product Design from the University of Hertfordshire, attained between 2007 and 2010.
