Bob Calvano

Bob Calvano is a user experience design executive and the Vice President of Product Design at Paramount, where they lead a team focused on driving design vision and strategic direction for Pluto TV. Previously, they held positions such as User Experience Design Director at Oxygen Media and Creative Director at Merck, where they implemented innovative design solutions and fostered high-performing teams. Throughout their career, Bob has received multiple industry awards and contributed to significant digital initiatives across various esteemed organizations. Bob also served on the National Board of AIGA, advocating for the design community. They hold executive education from both Yale School of Management and Harvard Business School, as well as a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
