Bob Meadows is the Senior Director of Communications at CBS, where they partner with senior leaders to shape communications that align business strategy with employee engagement. Currently, they work at Paramount, connecting over 20,000 employees to company priorities through clear messaging and targeted campaigns that have significantly increased engagement. Previously, Bob held various roles, including Internal Communications and Fan Engagement Editor at the NBA, where they directed executive communications and enhanced leadership visibility. They also served as Account Director at Goodman Media International, developing thought leadership content for C-suite executives. Bob’s educational background includes pursuing a Master's in Journalism at the University of Michigan.
