Brian Greenberg is the Lead Transactions Counsel at CBS News and Stations, bringing over 20 years of media and transactional experience from roles in-house and at leading law firms in New York and Silicon Valley. Skilled in contract negotiation, general corporate law, and intellectual property, Brian has successfully managed complex commercial transactions and provided legal counsel to senior news executives. Brian co-founded In-House Connect, a networking group for over 30,000 in-house lawyers, and served on the board of 205 Third Avenue Owners' Inc. between 2013 and 2019. Brian holds a BA in Political Science and a JD from The George Washington University.
