Claudia Reyes

Claudia Reyes is currently a graduate student in the Human Resource Development program at Villanova University, where they are expanding their expertise in talent development and organizational culture. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from CUNY Queens College, which provided a foundation in counseling and family dynamics. In their role as Manager at Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios and Paramount Media Networks, Claudia supports talent development initiatives and drives DEI efforts, while also fostering mentorship opportunities through internship programs. Previously, they have held various positions, including Recreation Coordinator at Homes for the Homeless and Sales Associate at Fossil Group, Inc.
