Crystal Barnes

Crystal Barnes serves as the Executive Vice President of Social Impact & ESG at Paramount and previously held the role of Senior Vice President for both Social Responsibility and ESG. Prior to this, Crystal was the Senior Vice President of Culture, Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG Strategy & Reporting at Viacom. Crystal's extensive experience also includes positions at Nielsen, where Crystal served as Senior Vice President of Global Responsibility & Sustainability as well as Executive Director of the Nielsen Foundation. Additionally, Crystal held the role of Vice President for both Global Responsibility and Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Nielsen. Crystal Barnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Temple University.
