Dan Roman

Dan Roman is currently the Senior Director of International Strategy at Paramount, where they oversee strategic initiatives and business development. They previously held several roles at Paramount, including Senior Manager and Director of International Strategy & Business Development. Dan gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi and a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Blackford Capital. They began their career with a research internship at the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine and served as a Marketing Account Manager at Harvard Student Agencies. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, from Harvard University.
