Daniel Paretsky serves as the VP and Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment Relations at Paramount since December 2019, previously holding the same title at CBS since August 2008. Prior experience includes working as a Labor & Employment Law Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2006 to August 2008, and serving as a Mergers & Acquisitions Legal Assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2000 to 2003. Daniel Paretsky earned a JD with concentrations in Litigation and Employment Law from Cardozo School of Law between 2003 and 2006, and holds a dual degree from Tufts University in Human Factors Engineering (B.S.) and Qualitative Economics (B.A.), completed in 2000.
