Dave Halmkan

Dave Halmkan has an extensive background in building services and maintenance management, beginning with various roles at Wellcome Trust from 1992 to 2006, culminating in the position of Maintenance Manager. Following this, Dave held the role of Maintenance Manager at Norland Managed Services from April 2007 to July 2008. Subsequently, Dave served as Building Services Maintenance Manager at MTV Networks Europe from July 2008 to December 2012, and then continued in a similar capacity at Viacom International Media Networks until February 2022. Currently, Dave is the Head of Building Services at Paramount since February 2022, having also been the Head of Building Services UK for Viacom during a portion of that period.
