Dylan Massoni is an experienced product manager with a strong background in advertising and marketing. At Paramount, from January 2021 to May 2024, Dylan oversaw a suite of seven internal Advanced Advertising products that facilitated linear and digital advertising deals across various brands. Previously, Dylan served as Associate Manager of Paramount+ Product Marketing, leading initiatives aimed at increasing subscriptions through optimally designed landing pages and targeted ambassador programs. Additional experience includes roles at Nickelodeon in consumer marketing, as well as serving as Chief Marketing Officer for the OWN IT Summit and Events Director for Her Campus Media during university years. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Messages and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.
