Erin Chang

Erin Chang currently serves as the VP and Head of Streaming for Japan at Paramount since November 2022. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at Discovery Inc from November 2017 to November 2022, including Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships for Asia and Director of Business Development & Partnerships for Discovery Golf. Erin also served as the Chief Operating Officer at VCNC from July 2012 to November 2017, focusing on business development, commerce operations, and financial strategy. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2009 to July 2012, specializing in corporate development, growth strategy, and M&A projects. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Shizenkan University.
