Esther Ahn

Esther Ahn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as VP of Streaming Korea at Paramount since November 2021. Previously, Esther worked at Netflix in Partner Marketing, where responsibilities included developing partnerships and launching marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and member acquisition. Esther also played a key role at Paramount Home Entertainment, establishing the Korea office and managing digital licensing deals. Prior roles include Managing Director at the Motion Picture Association, where Esther oversaw annual operations and served as a liaison with major studios, and Regional Digital Account Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment, managing digital media relationships across multiple regions. Esther's career began at ArirangTV, MBC, and KBS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Global Affairs & Policy from Yonsei University.
