Francesca Vismara

Francesca Vismara is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in international HR management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resource Director for Paramount since March 2019, Francesca oversees HR operations across Italy, Spain, the UAE, Portugal, and Streaming P+ International, ensuring effective people engagement and organizational growth. Prior to this role, Francesca worked at Bureau Veritas Group as the Recruiting, Training & Development Manager for the South East Region, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and development initiatives. Francesca's career also includes significant HR roles at Sky Italia, where management of labor relations and staff development for the Technological Department was a key focus.
