With extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements across various technology sectors, Greenstein also acts as Virtual In-House Counsel for Paramount Global. As a Principal at both BG Capital and BG Properties, Greenstein invests in technology and healthcare opportunities, as well as manages commercial and residential real estate. Previously, Greenstein held roles as Outside General Counsel for OpenAP, RSG Media, and HeartWorks LLC, and served on advisory boards for Datomia, EEVO, Inc., and Yinc. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Goddard College.
