Holly Carlton possesses a strong background in production and coordination within the television industry, evidenced by experiences at Viacom, ViacomCBS, and Paramount. Starting as a Video Production Intern at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Holly progressed to roles such as Production Assistant and Production Coordinator, where responsibilities included creating call sheets, managing budgets, and facilitating logistics for talent and crew. Currently serving as Production Manager at Paramount, Holly oversees the booking of local crews for shoots across the United States. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Television Arts from Elon University, complemented by a minor in Spanish and Business Administration.
